Mentoring and Coaching
Mentoring and coaching sessions will be promoted for selected startups through a monthly schedule of lectures, talks and mentoring with our teams and executives (who have extensive experience and global vision). Furthermore, startups will also have access to market mentors and monitored coaching.
Financial Investment
We will continually assess the traction of joint business results throughout the program’s duration. Even if the partnership does not start with an equity objective, we will evaluate the possibility of investing financially in your business, as if benefits both parties.

Twelve months of acceleration with Qintess, which includes onboarding, go-to-market strategy, account planning, demand generation, shadow commercial, relationship support and KPI monitoring.
What is Qintess Ignite Startups?
It is a startup acceleration program that aims to generate business partnerships and leverage the growth of startups within our customer base, with a strong sales force and global presence. The aim is to support the development and evolution of their products with mentoring sessions.
What is required for the program? Do you buy equity from Startups? What does this mean for the intellectual property of my solution?
The main requirement is the team’s commitment and willingness to generate business. Qintess does not buy equity from the beginning, however, it asks to have a “right of first offer”. Our main objective is to generate business and leverage its growth. We have no interest in appropriating your startup’s intellectual property.
I have an idea that is not yet developed. Can I participate in the selection?
No. This program is created for startups that can provide proof of concept in the market or already have billed customers.
Do I need to be in São Paulo to participate in the program?
It is not mandatory; however we recommend a stay in São Paulo during the acceleration program.
Is there an allowance provided for selected startups outside of São Paulo?
No. The startup must bear the travel and accommodation costs during the program. If the startup is located outside São Paulo, mentoring sessions can be done via videoconference.
Are you going to sign a confidentiality agreement? How do I know my idea will not be stolen?
We do not sign a confidentiality agreement at the time of the selection process, but there is no need to worry about this aspect of the partnership. We will treat all shared information confidentially. Only the Qintess team will have access to the data. A term of use will be signed if your startup is selected, including a confidentiality term.
Can I register as a natural person or do I need a CNPJ [Corporate Taxpayer’s Roll]?
Yes. It is mandatory to have a CNJP!
If I do not participate in Pitch Day, can I still participate in the program with my team?
No, because it is important to participate in Pitch Day in order to answer questions. The performance of the presentation and the team is one of the selection criteria.
If my Startup is not selected, can I register again for the next edition?
Yes, for sure!
If not selected, will Qintess keep my data in order for me to apply for other opportunities?
Yes, definitely! With your consent, of course.
