Interviews & Analysis
Our team of experts will interview registered startups and the ones with the greatest synergy should follow through. Be prepared for a conference call!
Pitch Day!
Evaluation of pitches selected by Qintess. (In person or virtually, depending on the situation and availability of your team and ours.
Selection Letter
After the results have been released internally, Qintess will communicate with the selected startups and publish the results in the media.

Mentoring program
3-months Acceleration program, which includes onboarding, go-to-market strategy, planning, demand generation and KPI's monitoring.

Scale Up
9 full months with our team of sales specialists to make sure your Startup can scale consistently.

Business parnership
Our goal is to promote a strategic business partnership - without beginning with equity - with your startup, which may be a partnership focused on accelerating commercial distribution, complementing an existing portfolio or creating a new product.
Access to our crowdsourcing
Through the duration of the program, we will also make our technical talent available monthly for a predetermined number of hours. To date, we have more than 3,000 employees who are willing to contribute to the evolution of your startup’s product.
Financial Investment
We will continually assess the traction of joint business results throughout the program’s duration. Even if the partnership does not start with an equity objective, we will evaluate the possibility of investing financially in your business, as if benefits both parties.
Working together in our offices
Through the duration of the program, we offer startups a highly modern, high tech and collaborative physical space in our new office, located at Rua Bela Cintra, in the city of São Paulo and other offices within Brazil. You will have access to our entire global innovation ecosystem!
Mentoring and coaching
Mentoring and coaching sessions will be promoted for selected startups through a monthly schedule of lectures, talks and mentoring with our teams and executives (who have extensive experience and global vision). Furthermore, startups will also have access to market mentors and monitored coaching.
Finance & Market advisory
We will assist your startup in attracting financial investments in our global private equity and venture capital fund ecosystem. We will also support you in your marketing actions.

What is Qintess Ignite Startups?
It is a startup acceleration program focused on fostering partnerships and driving growth within our customer base, supported by a strong sales force and global reach. It also supports product development through mentorship sessions.
Are we going to sign a non-disclosure agreement? How can I be sure that my idea won’t be used by third parties?
We do not sign a non-disclosure agreement during the selection process, but we will treat all shared information as confidential. Only the Qintess team will have access to the data. If your startup is selected, a terms of use agreement with a confidentiality clause will be signed.
What is required for the program? Does Qintess purchase equity in startups? What does this mean for the intellectual property of my solution?
The main requirement is the commitment and motivation of the team to generate business. Qintess does not initially purchase equity but requests a "right of first offer." Our goal is to foster business growth without claiming ownership of your startup's intellectual property.
Can I register as an individual or do I need a CNPJ (Tax ID Number)?
No, you cannot register as an individual. Since this program offers opportunities for startups (companies), it is required to have a business identification number. The CNPJ is the business identification number in Brazil, so if your company is based outside of Brazil, you can register with a valid business identification number from your country.
I have an idea that is not yet developed. Can I participate in the selection?
No. This program is intended for startups that can provide proof of concept in the market or already have paying customers.
If I don’t participate in Pitch Day, can I still join the program with my team?
No, because it’s important to participate in Pitch Day to answer questions. The performance of the presentation and the team is one of the selection criteria.
Do I need to be in São Paulo to participate in the program?
It is not mandatory; however, we recommend staying in São Paulo during the acceleration program.
If my startup is not selected, can I apply again for the next edition?
Yes, definitely! All registered startups are welcome to apply for future Qintess initiatives.
Is there any support for startups selected from outside São Paulo?
There is no specific budget allocated for this purpose. Startups from outside São Paulo – or from outside Brazil – can participate in the program by joining our online meetings and events.
If I'm not selected, will Qintess keep my data so I can apply for other opportunities?
Yes, definitely! Within the application period, you should have read and agreed to the terms, which include detailed descriptions of how and for how long your data will be stored and used.
